As a Paint Room Creative Host, you are the welcoming and inspiring presence for our customers in the paint room. Your role is to ensure that every guest feels comfortable, empowered, and has a truly magical experience. You are a key part of the team, focused on creating a positive atmosphere and inspiring creativity in everyone who walks through the door.
While your focus is on the paint room, you'll also be an integral part of our close-knit team, assisting with other customer-facing duties to provide a seamless and joyful experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Creative Inspiration: Circulate the room and engage with guests to spark their imagination and encourage uninhibited expression. You will offer creative suggestions, provide themed inspiration, and help guests discover their own unique artistic voice, ensuring everyone feels confident and engaged in their artistic journey, regardless of age or skill level.
• Customer Experience: Be a friendly point of contact for guests in the paint room, creating a fun, energetic, and supportive atmosphere. You will ensure their needs are met and assist with any creative or logistical questions they may have with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Event Collaboration: You will provide hands-on support for the setup and delivery of our unique themed events and seasonal celebrations. You will also work closely with the Paint room Creative Lead and Event Leader, assisting with other duties to ensure the studio is well-prepared, tidy, and running efficiently.
• Studio Management & Support: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the paint room, working independently on quieter days and as part of a larger team during busier periods. This includes preparing the painting walls for each session, ensuring they are clean and ready for a fresh start. You will also manage and organise the paint and tools, keeping them stocked and accessible.
• All-Round Studio Support. This includes assisting with a variety of tasks across the studio, from front-of-house duties like greeting and check-ins to helping in the café, ensuring the entire operation runs smoothly as required.

• A confident, friendly, and approachable individual with a strong creative flair and a genuine passion for art.
• Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is great at talking to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
• A proactive and enthusiastic team player who can handle a fast-paced environment with grace and patience.
• A creative and imaginative mindset with the ability to inspire others.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.

• 8-32hrs per week with morning, daytime and evening shifts
